| If Congress and the Obama administration feel that legislation empowering the Food and Drug Administration to regulate tobacco industry marketing should be enacted, then they should also consider reinstating the restrictions on pharmaceutical marketing that were relaxed in 1997. They might even want to put new ones on over-the-counter drugs as well. |
