| JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville man is facing charges for trying to sell fake crack cocaine to mentally disabled nursing home patients. Investigators say Hillmon Arnold admitted he tried to sell the fake drugs at the Golden Retreat just outside of Jacksonville, Saturday. |
