| The Food and Drug Administration today issued a warning letter to Merck & Co. Inc. for failing to meet good manufacturing practices at its West Plant, Pa. vaccine plant and fix problems, such as overpressurized vaccine vials, cited in a recent FDA inspection of the facility. |
